I finally did shrooms this weekend!
It was crazy and I was painting all over the place and it was amazing.
Today I went to Silly's after school with Hannah Johnson and we talked about friends.
After that I went to meet Lindsay and Kate and we got tea and smoked herbs. No illegal herbs, actual herbs. It was nice, my tongue went numb.
Chill dayz are my life right now. Somuch different from summer, but still loving it.

Harvest Fest was pretty fun. Although the $35 fee to get in was kindof bullshit. Sleeping in a car with two other people...is not fun. I probably got 45 minutes of sleep last night. I have to go to work in two hours and I'm not taking a shower but I'm prettyyyyy sure I smell like a lot of weed.

I have felt sick all weekend. Friday night I went home and went to bed at 8:30, got up at 7:30 this morning, took Bailey to the dog park, went to work for 3 hours, went to salvation army and goodwill, went back to work for an hour. Aaaaand I just came home from hanging out at Meg's and still feeling kindof gross. I'm probably not going to do anything tomorrow. Maybe go for a hike.

My essays are complete shit. I miss my sisters. I don't want to apply to college; I just want to get in and leave without the hassle. I want a best friend. I want it to get cold. I hate these reminders of summer but it being 100% different from summer. I want to be the one talking and have someone just listen and not try to relate or understand but just fucking listen. I want to feel comfortable again.
I smell really good right now.

Steve left today, we said goodbye to him last night and it was so sad.

I got away with sneaking off to NYC Friday to see Dispatch (left around 11, caught a 4 am bus to Hartford, then to Boston, then to Portland.) Amazing!!
Last night I slept for 15 hours.
Only one more week of farming :(

This summer has seriously been the best one so far!!
I can't wait to go to New York!! I've never been to New York!!
I got a new phone! Last night was fun! I smelled like bonfire!

So far this summer I have:
-been constantly busy/around people
-read a book
-met knew people/made knew friends/became closer with friends
-smoked entirely too much weed
-played a ton of parking lot frisbee
-found the perfect slushie spot
-found a new ~*CrUsH*~
-Listened to a lot of Lily Allen and Sublime
-Laughed a ton
-Found a new spot to star gaze at midnight!!
Things I still need to do:
-Make more money
-Go shopping with said money
-Not fight with mom
-Call people back (sorry!)
-Go canoeing, hiking, and camping
So far, its been the best summer yet.
Gardening starts monday, I won't be around much.

This afternoon was perfect.
I love taking naps with five pillows and my dog beside me listening to the rain and Patsy Cline.
Now I am awake and I have to write my last paper of my junior school year.

I know that things will never be the same between me and old friends, but its okay. I'm going to stop tryig to make everything go back to "normal." I'm not sure why that time frame is the "normal" time frame but oh well.
Summer is so soon! I want to climb a shit ton of trees. I want to find a huge, deserted field like I found in a dream I had. It was seriously the best dream I have ever had. We rode around in a pick-up truck finding these sweet places like fields and then a lake and picked berries! I want to make that a reality! Whose with me? Oh and I also want to explore Maine. Kindof ridiculous since gas will be like $4 this summer, but I want to explore southern and northern Maine. Will you come with me? I want to go hiking and canoeing too! Things need to happen. I'm looking for some adventure buddies. Margaret, I know you won't be around for six weeks, but I'm hoping we can still ride bikes and learn to play hackey.

I miss everyone, but I don't want to face 10 hours in airplanes/airports to come home.
Yesterday we went to Walnut Canyon and hiked all around that, it was beautiful. Today we went to the Grand Canyon and hiked a little around there. I have spent my nights searching around the used bookstore. Saturday night Grace and I drove 30 miles east(?) to Williams to look for a diner, it was there, but closed. Good experience. This week flew by, I'm sad to see it ending.
I hope the weather is nice when I get home. This summer I plan to do a lot of bike-riding (have a bike you're not using?) and hiking.
